What do we need?

  1.      2 Forms of ID (Driver’s License and Social Security Card or Tax ID)
  2.      1 Money Order for $60.00 per adult and 1 Money Order of $135 for Holding/Admin Fee                          payable to Polo Run Apartments. 
  3.      3 Last paystubs. If present job is less than 1 year 3 pay stubs from previous job.

 

Our Requirements:

  1.       1 year of stable employment to determine deposit
  2.       1 year of good rental history to determine deposit
  3.       Credit and Criminal Background Check
  4.       No Evictions or Broken Leases
  5.       Income requirements: Household income combined should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

 

Co-Signer Requirements:

  1.       4 times the rent gross monthly income.
  2.       No judgment or collections at all, with a minimum credit score of 720
  3.       No broken lease or evictions.
