- 1 year of stable employment to determine deposit
- 1 year of good rental history to determine deposit
- Credit and Criminal Background Check
- No Evictions or Broken Leases
- Income requirements: Household income combined should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
- 4 times the rent gross monthly income.
- No judgment or collections at all, with a minimum credit score of 720
- No broken lease or evictions.
